  • Customer Contact Name and their authority / status: can the customer the Sales Agent is meeting with make the decision to sign the contractor is there someone else that needs to do this?  This may be the case if there are multiple business owners.   • Initial Term Natural Gas Supply Rate / Contract price: Most Gas utilities in Ohio operate with a $/Ccf (Hundred Cubic Feet) (Example $0.6521/Ccf)
    • EXCEPTION: Dominion Energy (Enbridge) in Ohio operates in $/Mcf (Thousand Cubic Feet) (Example $5.229/Mcf)
    • Ccf and Mcf are common units used to measure volumes of natural gas.
